Standard Features

STRONGEST & MOST REINFORCED TENT AVAILABLE

$200 worth of free options for some other tent companies.

  • FREE BACK DOOR OR BACK WINDOW. Free back door or back window, your choice. A $50 feature included free with our tents for camping in the winter!
  • FREE DOUBLE LAYER OF CANVAS ON RIDGE. Significantly reinforces the ridge. Some tent companies charge $75 to $200 for this feature. Very necessary when using lodge pole frames. The tent roof will tear or rip easily if the lodge pole is not smooth when the pole is being pushed through the ridge pole openings. A $150 option on some winter tents.
  • FREE STORM FLAP/COLORADO DOOR. 8" storm flap with buckle protects front & back door zippers. Helps keep out the wind. A $45 option on some cold-weather tents.
  • FREE REINFORCED EAVE WITH WEBBING ENTIRE LENGTH OF EAVE. Much stronger than eaves with no reinforcement.
  • FREE STEEL D RINGS SEWN INTO WEBBING. Much stronger than tents with metal grommets pressed into canvas eaves.
  • STOVE JACK OPENING. 5.5 inches. 6-inch available by cutting out just before the stitched 6-inch pattern. Most stoves require a 5 1/2 inch hole; otherwise, there is too much stove pipe slack, causing the pipe to move excessively during windy conditions. Stove jack is located on the roof in the front left corner of your canvas winter tent - 30" from the front door and 30" from the top of the sidewall.
  • VINYL SOD CLOTH. 10" vinyl sod cloth sewn onto the bottom of the wall. Acts as an air seal and keeps the canvas off the ground. Prevents water from wicking up the canvas walls.
  • TENT BAG. Some companies charge $35 for a tent bag. Rolled up inside of tent.
  • RIDGE OPENINGS FOR LODGE POLE. Flaps seal openings when the lodge pole is not used.
  • FRONT ZIPPERED DOOR, YKK #10. The highest quality heavy-duty zipper made.
  • 200 FEET OF ROPE AND 20 TENSIONERS are rolled up inside our winter tents for sale.
  • 5' SIDEWALLS provide much more headroom. Some tent companies advertise 5' but it is actually 4'8". 6' Sidewalls are also available as an upgrade. Walls are measured from the outside of the cold-weather tent.

WALLS ARE FULL 5' OF CANVAS. Some unusually designed tents for camping in the winter have only 4' walls with 18" of vinyl sewn onto the bottom of the tent. The 18" sod cloth cannot be staked down properly, and wind blows under the sod cloth, creating a tent that is difficult to heat in cold weather. Additionally, the sod cloth will flap in the wind, making for a less-than-enjoyable camping experience.

Tents must have the canvas walls touching the ground to stake the walls to the ground to prevent wind from blowing under the canvas winter tent walls.

Windows are 30" x 30" and have screens. Not small triangle windows that provide much less ventilation.

5-foot walls measured from the outside of the tent.

6' SIDE WALL OPTION

  • 6' side walls provide much more headroom and usable tent space. 6' walls allow a person to get next to a wall without hitting their head against rafters or canvas roof.
  • Some companies only have 4' 7" sidewalls, which severely restricts how much space you can actually use.
  • Strongly recommend you ask your suppliers the finished height of side walls before purchasing, so you will not be surprised or disappointed upon delivery.
  • 6' option only available on FIRE, water, and mildew-treated winter tents for sale.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A CANVAS WINTER TENT VS. A SYNTHETIC WINTER TENT?

Nylon winter tents with a stove are not recommended. Any sparks from the chimney pipe landing on a nylon tent roof will easily burn holes in the nylon roof of the cold-weather tent. Even when using a canvas tent with a stove, it is imperative that you have a tarp, commonly called a fly, to protect your roof. It is much better to have an occasional hole in the fly than in the roof. A fly tarp can be repaired with duct tape - Rich (owner).

Canvas winter tents offer several advantages over synthetic winter tents for sale, particularly in colder climates and harsh weather conditions. Here's a detailed comparison: Advantages of Canvas Winter Tents

Durability: Canvas tents for camping in the winter are known for their exceptional durability, often lasting for many years if properly cared for. The thick, tightly woven fabric can withstand abrasion, punctures, and exposure to UV radiation better than synthetic materials. We use army duck double-fill canvas in our canvas winter tents, the strongest canvas available.

Insulation: Canvas provides better insulation than synthetic materials, helping to retain heat inside the tent during cold weather. The natural fibers of canvas trap air more effectively, creating a barrier against the cold and reducing heat loss.

Breathability: Canvas is a breathable material that allows moisture vapor to escape from the interior of the tent. This helps to reduce condensation buildup inside the tent, which can be a significant concern in cold weather.

Temperature Regulation: Canvas cold-weather tents have superior temperature regulation capabilities compared to synthetic tents. The thicker fabric acts as a buffer against temperature fluctuations, helping to keep the interior cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather.

ARE YOUR CANVAS WINTER TENTS FOR SALE FIREPROOF?

Our fire-treated tents meet the CPAI 84 fire retardant code. If a winter canvas tent is not specifically treated for fire resistance, it will burn quickly. Fire-resistant canvas will only burn when there is a flame source present on the canvas. When you remove the flame source, the wall tent will stop burning. However, there is no wall tent made that will not burn.

LEAVING A CANVAS WINTER TENT UP DURING THE WINTER?

I recommend taking down your winter canvas tent if you are not going to be present at the campsite every day. Each year, I have customers call and order a new tent because their tents for camping in the winter collapsed under snow loads.

WHAT ARE THE STOVE REQUIREMENTS FOR CANVAS WINTER TENTS?

Hunting or camping in cold-weather tents requires a specific stove size for your temperature requirements. You must determine how cold it will be, the weight and size of the stove for transporting, and also the burn time requirements to keep you warm at night.

Click canvas winter tent TENT STOVE for info on 10 different models. A cold-weather tent with a stove will easily keep you warm at night and dry all your clothes. I normally recommend buying 1 size larger stove than you think you need. Don't put more wood in it than you need to keep warm. If it ever gets really cold when camping in a cold-weather tent, you will be able to add more wood to stay warm and comfortable.

Ensure you purchase a canvas winter tent for sale with a stove jack that allows you to have a wood stove for heat. If you don't plan on initially using it, you might change your mind later. Also, it will be much easier to sell a canvas winter tent with a stove jack if you decide to give up camping in extreme weather.

IS A WOOD STOVE BETTER TO USE THAN A PROPANE STOVE?

A propane stove is not as safe as wood. Every year, campers and hunters die in their sleep due to propane leaks. Exercise extreme caution when using a stove in tents for camping in the winter.

One year, I was lazy and used a propane heater at night because I was going on a short hunting trip. Fortunately, I woke up the first night and smelled a propane leak coming from a defective fitting. The next day, I went home for my wood stove. It cost me a day of hunting, but it was worth it. I will never use another propane heater. I also use a long-lasting battery lantern to reduce the possibility of propane leaks. I use my wood stove for cooking. However, I do occasionally use a propane stove, but I turn off the propane tank and place the tank outside at night.

I have been in many winter tents for sale with stoves for the last 50 years. I only had to be lazy one time to almost pay a heavy price for being a fool and too lazy to cut wood. - Rich, owner.

WHAT IS AN EAVE TROUGH PROBLEM WHEN LEAVING A TENT SET UP FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD?

If you leave the cold-weather tent set up for an extended period of time, water can collect on the roof in an "eave trough". The trough is the area at the bottom of the roof just before the side horizontal tent frame poles. Canvas should be very tight on the frame if set up for extended periods of time, and a fly is used. The fly of tents for camping in the winter should also be tight to avoid water and snow in the eave trough. A canvas winter tent saturated in water will rot and mildew regardless of water and mildew protection applied. There is no warranty for eave rot.

HOW TIGHT SHOULD THE CANVAS WINTER TENT BE ON AN INTERNAL FRAME?

ALWAYS KEEP YOUR TENT ROOF AND FLY TAUT SO WATER CAN QUICKLY BE REMOVED FROM YOUR TENT. Water can collect on the roof in an "eave trough," which is a low area just before the sidewall created by a not-tight roof or loose fly. Canvas should be very taut on a tent frame, especially if it’s set up for extended periods of time and a fly is used. The fly should also be tight to avoid water in an eave trough. Water will eventually go through the fly if saturated for weeks. Canvas saturated in water will rot and mildew regardless of water and mildew protection applied. There is no warranty for eave rot.

WHAT ARE THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR USING A STOVE IN A CANVAS WINTER TENT?

Never put a stove directly on top of canvas or vinyl floor. A fireproof mat under the stove is recommended for any canvas winter tent for sale with a stove. A fireproof heat shield can be tied to the side wall frame of the cold-weather tent for extra fire protection.

USING HAY BALES FOR WIND PROTECTION?

Some of my customers stack hay bales along the outside wall of their tents for camping in the winter for insulation and to blunt any strong winds. Using hay bales is more common for extended hunting or camping trips in high-wind areas.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR WINTER CAMPING IN A CANVAS WINTER TENT?

Winter camping can be a challenging but rewarding outdoor experience. Here are some tips to help you prepare for a winter camping trip:

  1. Check the Weather Forecast:

    • Monitor the weather forecast leading up to your trip.
    • Be prepared for changing conditions and have a backup plan in case of severe weather.
  2. Practice Setting Up Your Gear: Set up your canvas winter tent and test your gear in controlled conditions before heading out.

  3. Winter Weather Protection: When you buy a canvas winter tent for sale, make sure it’s designed to withstand snow and cold temperatures

  4. Select the Right Gear:

    • Invest in high-quality cold-weather gear and a cold-rated sleeping bag.
    • Layer your clothing to stay warm. Use moisture-wicking base layers, insulating layers, and a waterproof and windproof outer layer.
    • Bring a warm hat, gloves, and waterproof boots.
    • Sleeping Pad: Use a high R-value sleeping pad to insulate yourself from the cold ground. Consider using two pads for added insulation in your cold-weather tent.
    • Winter Camping Stove: Use a stove suitable for cold conditions, as some fuel types may not work well in freezing temperatures.
    • Cooking Supplies: Bring high-energy and easily prepared food.
    • Snow Shovel: Pack a lightweight snow shovel for clearing your winter tent area and paths.
    • Navigation Tools: Carry a map and compass, and consider a GPS device. Be familiar with the terrain and potential hazards.
    • Lighting: Bring extra batteries for headlamps and flashlights.
    • Communication: Have a fully charged cell phone and consider a backup power source.
  5. Choose the Right Location:

    • Select a campsite with good drainage to avoid melting snow accumulation.
    • Be aware of potential avalanche risk in the area.
    • Check if camping permits or reservations are required.
  6. Build a Solid Shelter:

    • Choose a proper campsite and clear away snow to create a level surface for your canvas winter tent.
    • Set up tents for camping in the winter securely, making sure they're well-anchored and can withstand winter conditions.
  7. Stay Dry:

    • Use a waterproof and windproof outer layer to protect against snow and moisture.
    • Moisture is your enemy in cold weather. Make sure your tent is properly ventilated to prevent condensation. Use a waterproof ground cloth under your cold-weather tent, and keep your clothing and gear dry.
  8. Campfire Safety: Depending on the area and regulations, you may or may not be allowed to have a campfire. If allowed, use a designated fire ring and be cautious of snow accumulation around the fire. Keep the fire a safe distance from the canvas winter tent.

  9. Cooking and Nutrition: Plan warm, hearty meals that provide plenty of calories. Bring a reliable stove for cooking, as finding dry wood for a fire can be challenging in snowy conditions.

  10. Hydration: Stay hydrated, even in cold weather. It's easy to forget to drink water when it's cold, but dehydration is a risk in winter. Keep a water bottle in your sleeping bag to prevent it from freezing overnight.

  11. Navigation: Winter landscapes can look very different from other seasons. Make sure you have a map, compass, and/or GPS device, and know how to use them. Familiarize yourself with the area before camping with any of our winter tents for sale.

  12. Emergency Preparedness: Carry a well-stocked first aid kit and be prepared for emergencies. Know how to recognize and treat cold-related injuries such a frostbite and hypothermia.

  13. Check weather Conditions: Stay informed about weather forecasts and be prepared for sudden changes. Even the best tents for camping in the winter won’t protect you from frigid temperatures.

  14. Tell Someone Your Plans: Before heading out, inform someone about your camping plans, including your route and expected return time. This ensures that someone knows where you are in case of an emergency.

  15. Winter-Specific Skills: Learn and practice winter-specific outdoor skills, such as snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, depending on the terrain where you’re using your canvas winter tent.

  16. Leave No Trace: Practice Leave No Trace principles, especially in winter when the environment is more vulnerable. Pack out all trash and minimize your impact on the surroundings.

Remember that camping in a cold-weather tent during the winter requires extra caution, and it's essential to be well-prepared for changing conditions. Take the time to learn the necessary skills and invest in a quality winter canvas tent and proper equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Always prioritize safety and make adjustments to your plans based on the weather and your group's experience level.

My house has never been so clean!
Size: 05-11S
As a neat freak, this has been one of my favorite purchases recently. Hands down. No doubt. Our house has seriously never felt so clean. With four boys coming and going, plus a cat, plus my wife and I both working out of the same house, this place gets dir-r-r-r-ty! But now, I just set this little baby up and get it goes to town. Note: the first several times that we used it, the machine's debris holding chamber was LOADED. We ran it until the battery died (and it returned to it's charger automatically), emptied it, and then ran it again as soon as it was fully charged. But each time that it ran, it was completely full! Every single time. None of us can believe how dirty we were living. Note #2: We now take it upstairs to do a deep cleaning there. We had a little bit of a learning curve to make sure that all of the electric cords and such were off the floor. (They untangle easily, btw, if you forget). My son with the cat had a room that used to smell terrible... it smells almost normal after we ran this several times through there. And the volume of cat hair that this thing picked up is crazy amazing. Hair that we didn't even see. I didn't know cat hair smalled badly, but it must've. Room smells pretty decent now (not perfect - there still is a smally boy living in there)! Note #3: We keep a pretty clean house. That is what is amazing about this thing. It makes it really clean. Note #4: After the first several runs, make sure that you clean the roller brush. It will make a difference. The tool that comes with the unit that looks like a comb does a great job. If you get hair or thread or similar wrapped around it, use the handy dandy letter opener-style cutter to easily and safely clean it out. The blue parts on bottom around roller remove easily for deep cleaning. Do it! Easy and worth it for better future results. Note #5: Does all types of floors really well. We have ceramic, vinyl, short carpet, marble, deep carpet - all on the first floor of our house --- NO PROBLEM for Eufy! It moves with ease between them all. Note #6: Problem areas? We have a screened in porch that has a door that allows tiny little leaves in under the door. I'll just set the Eufy out there and forget about it. When I see it again, the machine has run out of juice and the floor is perfectly clean. Or my basement office. Set it in there at the end of the day, close the door and forget about it. In the morning, the floors are clean and the machine is sleeping where it ran out of power. I take it back upstairs, empty the cannister, and put it back on the charger. Last note: It gets in tight spaces. It cleans edges beautifully. It spends more time on a room than we ever would, so I guess that is why it cleans so well. It gets under most of our furniture. Around most of our chairs. And oh - I almost forgot - this vacuum is SO-o-o-o quiet. With our upright, you can't hear yourself think. With this thing, I can be do my work uninterrupted. Disclaimer - I have wasted a lot of time just watching machine in amazement and awe! Thankfully I can now walk away from it - although the 7 sessions with a therapist to get me to break the habit were a pain. ;) I highly recommend the machine - if you couldn't already tell! I came back on to Amazon to buy a unit for my in-laws and saw the opportunity to avoid my job for a little bit to write this review! Funny, but I am glad that I did. This little fella is totally worth it. If you are thinking about which brand to buy, you can't go wrong with Eufy. Kudos to the manufacturer and development team! Note to manufacturer: Can you please develop a machine to automatically climb and clean stairs (cook, do toilets, do laundry)... ? People, you are going to love this vacuum!

Great robovac! We named ours “Robby the Robovac.”
Size: 06-15C Max
I hesitated for years to pull the trigger on getting a robot vacuum, and I shouldn’t have. If you are on the fence, get one. This thing has been worth the $250 in the first month, alone. (I compare it to a maid service fee.) It automates the simplest but most essential task of cleaning, because most dust and dirt ends up on the floor. It also forced me to finally tidy up all the wires and miscellaneous junk I had laying around on the floor, and thereby also eliminate areas where dust and dirt would accumulate, both of which were unexpected side benefits. It also frees up time to then wet mop and clean other places more easily, and tacitly helps me WANT to follow through with those final stages of cleaning that are easier because it takes care of the most time-intensive, initial stage of cleaning. It has been a life changer for us. The first week made the house smell a bit dusty because it kicked up all the latent dust from the corners, under furniture, and in the rugs. But once it got through that stage, the whole house looks and “feels” so much cleaner and smells nicer. Subtle but significant difference. I live in a one-story bungalow with mostly hardwoood or laminate floors, with a low-nap Berber floor covering in my master bedroom. I have a mid-size wire-hair dog who sheds normally, and it is perfect for picking up dog hair. I also have a nine year old son who adds to the dust and dirt. The suction is great on all of our surfaces. It works better than my stand-up “cyclonic” Hoover. Having three suction settings allows you to adjust the noise level depending on how clean you need the suction to be. The side brushes seem trite but definitely do work to help collect and”funnel” dirt into the collection bin. They also hit under furniture legs and walls edges to help collect the dirt that hides there. The collection bin does need to be emptied frequently (every few uses, especially when you first use it), but I look at that as letting me know what would have been on my floor if I didn’t have the unit. It is amazing how much it cleans off the floor even after the first wave of cleaning. The different cleaning modes are also well thought out: edge cleaning, spiral-spot cleaning, and random walk cleaning. I use the edge cleaning mode the most because dust and dirt tend to congregate along the edges. Three downsides that are probably fixed in higher end models. First, getting the app to work was unnecessarily frustrating and difficult because I forgot my exact WiFi password. The problem is that the interface requires you to go through about a five minute process for each “guess,” which made syncing to the app much more frustrating and unnecessarily slower than it should have been. Then with each failed attempt, I also had to also manually reset the entire unit by pressing the power button for 20 seconds. They should program it to test the password quickly so the entire syncing process does not take five minutes until you find out you typed the password incorrectly. (Especially because WiFi passwords are case-sensitive, so it is easy to mistype it). Once I typed the correct password and synced it, the problem was over, but it was frustrating and time consuming. Second, controlling the unit manually through the app is difficult because of the lag time in the signal through WiFi. So any time I manually steer the until, I use the remote and not the app. Not a big deal, but something to note. It is also too loud to schedule vacuuming at night. It woke us up the first three times it ran a scheduled overnight clean, partly because we keep our bedroom doors open at night. We are still on COVID lockdown, so I can’t just schedule it to run during the day while we are at work. So I just run it in the background during the day or when I leave to go to the store or take the dog for a walk. Nonetheless, none of those are dealbreakers, mostly just minor inconveniences that are acceptable at this price point. It still earns its five star rating for fulfilling its primary purpose and then some.

Life Changing, and Superb Customer Service
Size: 12, Size: 12
Hey folks. I bought this model of Eufy while on sale a little over six months ago, and have used it daily since. Thinking about buying one? Do it. No regrets here, and I wish I had purchased one when I first began thinking about it a year and a half ago. I live next to the Gulf Coast in Florida, and coastal living = constant sand. Fine, white quartz sand ends up in your home constantly regardless of how many rugs and floor mats you place at entranceways. Our home is completely tiled, and the powdery sand sticks to everything, so it’s a never ending battle keeping the floors clean. We used to sweep pretty much daily in the morning, and then use a hand vac around corners in the evening just to keep up with it. We also have one cat, a Great Pyrenees, and an English shepherd, so sweeping daily was necessary to keep fur from drifting into giant globs in corners and under furniture. After purchasing the Eufy, and charging it up, we no longer have to sweep every day. The eufy is simply fantastic at getting up all the pet fur and sand. Instead of sweeping every morning, I now stare off vacantly out the window while drinking my coffee, and the eufy sweeps for me. My five year old named our Eufy “Mumford” and we created a face cut out from a roll of white window cling vinyl (purchased the white vinyl window cling on amazon too- it’s meant for those Cricut machines) for the little guy. Mumford is now a treasured family member. For reference, my house is all tile and is about 1500 square feet. The eufy can clean our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and playroom on a single charge, but since it doesn’t map out the rooms, I do place it in one room at a time, and block it off or shut the door. It does fine if I don’t block it off, but takes longer to get the job done. Since I keep the common areas clutter free, it is no trouble running the eufy every morning. I have my kiddos pick up anything on the floor, and then we hit the button and go about getting breakfast ready. If you are messier, or have a lot of clutter in your home- a Eufy probably isn’t the answer. It can’t do a good job if it isn’t able to roam around freely to vacuum. It fits under all of our furniture, and maneuvers well around my oak dining tables and chairs. If your home is very large and multi level, and you don’t want to pay attention - you may want something that maps your home. Eufy bumps around haphazardly, and when you leave it on long enough and run it consistently, it does a great job. I do not run it when we aren’t home, and I do not run it at night when we are sleeping. The last thing I want is for one of the dogs or the cat to get sick, and then have eufy run over the mess. Eeew. If you have pets, don’t make that mistake. If your home is larger than 1500 square feet, you’ll likely have to clean different sections at a time maybe on different days or nights of the week. Customer service is fantastic. After six months of daily use, our unit had a malfunction. The bumper on the right side would stick, and our unit would spin constantly clockwise. I contacted Eufy, and they did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn’t fix the problem, I was sent a brand new unit. They emailed me a free return label to ship my old one back to them at no charge. All in all this is an excellent and helpful product, and the company that makes it is reliable and true to the warranty. I know several people that own one and love it, and have recommended it to friends and family members. Buy one!!!!!!

Cleans so you don't have to... QUIETLY
Size: 07-C30
I previously bought a Deebot for use on our main level floor, where we spend most of our time at home. It works great and connects with our Google Home. But we run it in the middle of the weekdays because it's pretty noisy. Still, we really like the benefits of a robotic vacuum. So, we thought we might try it on our lower level. I set it up downstairs, but found that, while it seemed to pick up dirt, the back end bounced quite a bit over the berber carpet, which isn't an issue on the main floor which is hardwood with only one entry rug. So, we went about looking for an alternative for downstairs. We really wanted something that can connect with our Google Home, so that limited our options within our budget. There were lots of great reviews of iRobot products for carpet, but I had a hard time with the price. There were a few other brands, as well, but they were obscure brands, and I didn't want to be stuck with an expensive vacuum and no customer service. Eufy was a brand I kept in mind as I shopped because we'd had a lot of experience with their parent brand, Anker. They've always sold us a great product at a reasonable price, and importantly, if a product failed for any reason, we'd experienced great customer service. I finally decided I'd pull the trigger on the RoboVac 30C because it had the features we wanted. I ordered it from Amazon on Thanksgiving with a bunch of other stuff I wanted to get. I was a bit disappointed that there was no Black Friday pricing, but it was still very competitive over the deeply discounted Roomba models *(see below). It arrived on Sunday, so very quick shipping via Amazon Prime. We set it up right away. The first, VERY OBVIOUS thing we noticed... It's quiet* (see below). Way quieter than the Deebot. As we had hoped, it also picked up dirt from the carpet easily and without bouncing. The magnetic strips also helped to avoid another pitfall of the Deebot... We have these chairs with unusual bases that are low enough on the edges for the vacuums to drive themselves up on, then there's a hole about 3 inches from the edge that creates a cliff for the vacuum to get hung up on. Both vacuums will do that, but the Eufy 30C has those strips which it won't cross. Put the strips around the base of the chairs, and no hangups. The only issue right now is that, unfortunately, the Eufy app doesn't play with Google Home very well. We are assuming that will get fixed. And if it doesn't, the app works pretty well as a stand alone, which is the next best thing, so I won't dock any stars for that. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this vacuum so far. It does clean very well and doesn't have any problem doing approximately 400 square feet on a single charge around furniture and other odds and ends on the floor. *Customer service : Many vendors will contact Amazon customers shortly after purchase of one of their products to make sure all is well. Eufy did this. I thought I'd give them a preliminary review because I wanted to let them know that things were going well so far. I mentioned that it worked great (didn't know about the Google home issue, yet, but I was overall pleased). I mentioned as an aside that it was a tiny bit annoying that it arrived on Sunday and the Cyber Monday deal made a significant price difference. Still, I liked it enough that I wasn't going to be too annoyed. I certainly wasn't going to try to return it and buy it again to get the better price. A couple days later, they thanked me for my comments... And refunded me the difference in price. They definitely didn't have to. But it was pretty awesome of them. *Noise level: My hubby set up the schedule for the RoboVac 30C. He decided to go with the same schedule as the Deebot, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the middle of the day. But instead of setting it up for 12:01 pm, he set it for am. It was running in the middle of the night and we didn't know it for 2+ weeks. I discovered it when I decided to make sure to have the app on my phone too and saw the scheduling error. To be fair, we sleep on the upper level of our modified split level house and the RoboVac is on the lower level, but I have ears like a bat, and had no idea. And yes, it's cleaning - - I've been cleaning out the dust bin for it regularly. Definitely wouldn't have been that way with the Deebot. So, yeah. It's quiet.

My little OCD cleaner - 2020 One Year UPDATE
Size: eufy 30
One year update: I bought my 2 Eufys Aug. 2019 and use them once a week or every two weeks and have come across some quirks. The most recent quirk is Eufy just stopping in the middle of a room with the blue light still on and no error beeps. Apparently, it stops for no reason. I hit the remote start and it continues its job. Another quirk is stopping and beeping with blinking light for some reason (keep your manual handy) and once was because of the front Pivot wheel not moving because of hair being wound around it. I popped the wheel off, cleaned out the hair, reset Eufy by pushing the reset button on the bottom and it then worked fine. Another quirk was getting to the stairs and for some reason couldn't turn around and started beeping. That time I just wiped the three sensors on the bottom and reset it and it was fine after that. One day, it just continually stopped for no reason that I could find. It just stops, no beeping and still fully charged. I just kept resetting it with the bottom reset button until it finally finished the room. That happened about 10 times that day. Over the winter, I had a stray cat decide she wanted to live with me, so now I have a cat with long hair and she sheds a lot. Eufy doesn't pick up large tufts of her hair from my rugs, so I use a hair mit on the worst spots on my rugs and then Eufy does a fine job on the rugs. Another tip, try using your magnet strips to divide up larger rooms. I ended up having to do that in my living room because otherwise it took forever for Eufy to hit every area. Now I divide it in half. When one half looks complete, I pick up Eufy and put it in the other half. That works well! Also, your magnet strips can be stuck to the side of your refrigerator for storage! I find that very handy. :) You really do need to clean Eufy between charges. I have my system broken down into Living room and kitchen. Clean and charge (about 4.5 hours), then the hallway, bathroom, bedroom. Clean it and charge. Then lastly, my office/sewing room. Clean it and charge. It takes only 5- 10 minutes to clean it between uses. I'm still thrilled I have these Eufys and have decided I will never be without a Robo Vac - ever. And hopefully Eufy will still be around when I need a replacement. I bought these partly because of the Anker name. I've bought other Anker products for years and they're always made well. End of update. I bought two of these yesterday with the Deal of the day and received them today. They both took about 3 hours to fully charge and then it was off to the races. One went downstairs and the other one upstairs. I left the Eufy downstairs in the basement to do its thing on low pile carpet and tile and went down to check on it periodically. Twice I found it stuck in strange places. One was on top of a small table base and the other was lodged next to my furnace. I'll just have to block those two areas next time. The one upstairs was in my kitchen for a good 45 minutes to an hour! OCD I'd say, but my kitchen is nice and clean. :) Rugs included. These do an excellent job with edge cleaning. The one in the kitchen miraculously followed the curves in the pedestal base on the table. Pretty cool. It also traveled over all my wood floor vent covers which is pretty impressive because they're pretty thick! It also fits under most of my furniture. I sent a Roomba back years ago because it wouldn't fit under my sofa, loveseat and tables. That made it useless for me. These fit under everything except a lowboy chest and 3 smaller tables in my living room...Swiffer will take care of those. The drop sensors worked perfectly at the stairs. It turned around instead of going down. The upstairs Eufy finished my kitchen, living room, entryway and was in the bathroom when the red light came on and is now charging. Both Eufys ran for the 100 minutes as stated in the manual. I emptied the upstairs bin twice, but only because I had stopped the Eufy to get it out of the kitchen and before I sent it to charge. The bin wasn't full either time, but had plenty of dirt and fuzz in it, so I'm happy with that! I decided I'm not programming a schedule because I don't need my house cleaned daily. It's just me here and no pets anymore, so I will manually turn them on once or twice a week. I did pick EVERYTHING up off my floors for this first cleaning, but that's just not ever going to happen again. It was a PIA and I could have vacuumed my entire house in the time it took to clear the floors. I'll leave the cords zip tied, but everything else is staying put next time. All that work defeats the purpose of having these. I am THRILLED TO DEATH with these though. Vacuuming is one of my least favorite chores. These will definitely be used weekly and I look forward to watching them work instead of me! Also, these are sooooo quiet. You can't even hear where they are in the same room as you if they're cleaning underneath something. I'm so glad I bought them and at an excellent price. The exorbitantly expensive robo vacs are just not feasible for me. Maybe if they had a 20 year life span, they would be, but they don't. I'm also not into controlling everything through a stupid app or WiFi. Don't need those and don't want those. I don't need NHS knowing when I'm vacuuming my house. These were worth every cent, IMO Great little vacs!
